For individuals that have completed the 6-week wellness challenge.  Individuals who have completed the challenge can team up for 8-weeks of additional coaching.  

You completed the 12th State Nutrition 6-week challenge with success!  Are you ready to continue with mindfulness and accountability to keep the success going?

You're in luck!  We want to support your success with ongoing wellness support. 

12th State Nutrition will lead ongoing support beyond the challenge.

What it includes:
  • Ongoing access to the personalized app
  • Continued Holistic focus
  • Individualized habits in the app related to nutrition, movement, sleep and stress reduction (specific to you) 
  • Monthly 1:1 meeting
  • Twice weekly check ins via the app
How it works:
  • At the end of each 8 week cycle you can decide to continue with the program (individual coaching) or pause participation.  
  • If your company offers a reimbursement details for that will be in your company email invite.
